Pricing

We get paid when the AI works in production.

Pay-for-performance pricing aligns our incentives with yours. We propose specific outcomes — a deployed agent processing X claims per month at Y error rate, a model closing Z% more tickets, a workflow that takes 70% less time — and we structure the engagement so the outcome fee triggers when the work delivers. If it doesn't, the outcome fee doesn't get charged. Base fees cover engineering capacity at a senior rate; outcome fees cover the value delivered.

How we structure engagements

Three engagement shapes cover roughly 90% of how we work. The base fee for each is quoted after a 30-minute scoping call against your specifics — every engagement is custom-priced. We don't publish per-day rates because outcome thresholds shape the economics more than days-engaged.

What "outcome" means in writing

Every implementation engagement codifies the outcome threshold in the SOW: the metric, the measurement window, the data source, the threshold value, and how disputes get resolved. We will not start an outcome-priced engagement without that clause. We require it because it forces both sides to agree on what success means before code is shipped, which is the single biggest predictor of whether the project succeeds.

What it doesn't include

  • Cloud infrastructure costs, third-party API fees (LLM API, vector DB, etc.), and licensing for your existing software stack — those are passed through at cost or paid by you directly.
  • Permanent staffing — we are deliberately a project firm. If you need to hire AI engineers full-time, we will help you write the role and screen candidates as part of the engagement, but we don't recruit-to-hire.
  • Compliance certifications, security audits, legal review of contracts. We coordinate with your team's existing providers; we don't replicate them.
