Agentic Process Outsourcing replaces traditional headcount with AI agent workforces that execute defined business processes end-to-end. We deploy, monitor, and operate the agents on your behalf, with humans handling exceptions and approvals.
How does the pay-for-performance model work?
Each engagement defines specific outcome thresholds (e.g. ≥X claims processed/month at ≤Y% error). We invoice a base fee for engineering capacity, and an outcome fee that triggers only when the contracted threshold is hit. If we miss the threshold, the outcome fee is not charged.
How quickly can Meo deploy an AI workforce?
Most deployments reach production in under 30 days. Discovery and assessment take 1 week, agent configuration 1-2 weeks, integration and testing 1 week, and performance-based deployment in week 4.
