Founded in 1943, Westchester Jewish Community Services (WJCS) is one of the largest human service agencies in Westchester County. Dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate mental health, educational, physical, and financial challenges, WJCS each year provides 20,000 adults and children of diverse ages and backgrounds with a vast range of services. Our 80+ programs include early literacy education, after-school programs, family and advocacy services for individuals on the Autism spectrum, anti-bullying programs, an LGBTQ youth center, parenting programs, career counseling, community residential care for individuals with disabilities, trauma treatment for sexual and domestic abuse victims, geriatric care management, bereavement counseling, specialty care for Alzheimer's patients and their caregivers, individual and family counseling for those facing chronic or life-limiting illnesses, and much more.
