In 2001, Zippy's was renamed 'FCH Enterprises, Inc.' to create a family of brands. Napoleon's Bakery provides Hawaii with a wide assortment of freshly baked goods from donuts, pastries, custom cakes and our signature turnovers, Napples! Along with our baked favorites, Napoleon's Bakery also offers a Hot N' Fresh operation at select locations, with golden delights made to order. Food Solutions International operates a USDA certified kitchen that produces food for Zippy's Restaurants as well as preparing and packaging items for business clients that extend to the US mainland. A Catered Experience offers catering services across the island of Oahu. As the exclusive caterer for the Hawaii Okinawa Center in Waipio, A Catered Experience can also host a variety of occasions and can help to make them memorable. Opened in 2013, Pōmaika'i Ballrooms - Iwilei offers the finest in catering services and will create unsurpassed experiences.
