Chili, saimin, broasted chicken and ongoing specials created a strong community following and continues today with loyal customers looking for a place to enjoy and reminisce over good food from an extensive menu. Since then, Zippy's has grown to 23 locations on Oahu, and has expanded to the neighbor islands with locations in Kahului, Maui and Hilo on the island of Hawai'i. In 2001, Zippy's was renamed 'FCH Enterprises, Inc.' to create a family of brands. Napoleon's Bakery provides Hawaii with a wide assortment of freshly baked goods from donuts, pastries, custom cakes and our signature turnovers, Napples! Along with our baked favorites, Napoleon's Bakery also offers a Hot N' Fresh operation at select locations, with golden delights made to order. Food Solutions International operates a USDA certified kitchen that produces food for Zippy's Restaurants as well as preparing and packaging items for business clients that extend to the US mainland. A Catered Experience offers catering services across the island of Oahu. As the exclusive caterer for the Hawaii Okinawa Center in Waipio, A Catered Experience can also host a variety of occasions and can help to make them memorable. Opened in 2013, Pōmaika'i Ballrooms - Iwilei offers the finest in catering services and will create unsurpassed experiences. Our meeting rooms will host small business meetings to elegant social events in our expansive ballrooms where a guests' vision will become reality.
