Back to the snapshotSCOPE & USE · CURRENT INSTANT RELEASE

A starting point. Not an assurance.

Use the snapshot to organize legitimate business questions. Confirm its observations with the people responsible for the systems before relying on them.

Emailing your snapshot.

When enabled, you can ask us to email one report for your snapshot, which you can forward to your IT team. We store the address you enter encrypted for up to 180 days, and remove it earlier if its snapshot run is deleted. We use it to send that report and an internal notification to Meo through Resend, our email processor. We don’t add it to marketing lists; marketing updates need the separate opt-in. The emails themselves are subject to the receiving mailbox’s retention. SMS and automated calls are off. To ask for deletion, use the Meo contact route; do not send private report links or sensitive findings.

What the instant service does.

The snapshot describes a narrow sample of public security signals under the published method and source availability. It is not an internal control audit, penetration test, compliance certification, incident investigation or guarantee of security.

Public sources and automated checks can be incomplete, outdated or wrong. Coverage is not an organization-wide score. Missing evidence is not proof that a control failed, and the absence of a finding does not establish safety.

Stay within the public boundary.

Submit a public business domain and confirm the displayed scope. Do not submit login credentials, private or tokenized URLs, personal/patient records or another person’s sensitive data. Do not use the service to evade access controls, enumerate unauthorized systems or abuse service capacity.

Domain submission does not authorize active scanning or testing. Requests may be denied, held, limited or cancelled for safety, privacy, availability or capacity reasons.

Private access and availability.

Instant results require their originating private browser session and may expire or be revoked. No public sharing or permanent storage is promised. A completed job, snapshot, accepted request and delivered email are different states.

Source limits and unavailable work remain visible. “Up to” scope limits are maximums, not promises that all sources will respond or a result will be complete.

Optional expanded reviews.

Snapshot email delivery is available only when enabled and is limited to one request per run. Where a deeper-review request form is enabled, it records interest for advisor follow-up and does not start a review. No payment, contact permission or testing authorization is implied by viewing the snapshot.

Any proposed free expanded external review has a separate bounded public-evidence scope. Paid deep-dive diligence, internal assessments and active testing require a separate agreement; the free snapshot is not a free version of a $15K–$50K engagement.

No bundled communication permissions.

The instant snapshot needs no email or phone. SMS and automated calls remain off. Report delivery, verification, a requested manual call and optional marketing must not be bundled into a single required consent.
