The program's bases in the region include: Ontario, Aurora, La Grande, Redmond, Pendleton, Astoria and Cottage Grove, Oregon; Boise, Eagle, Pocatello, Sandpoint, Coeur d'Alene, Rexburg, Burley and Lewiston, Idaho; Longview and Dallesport, Washington; and Butte, Montana. LFN currently has a combined fleet of medical helicopters, fixed-wing aircraft and ground ambulances.
