I often wished after an interview session with you that I was 45 years younger so I could start all over again. On several occasions I would speak up quit passionately on a given subject that I just knew I was right on. Usually there would be a few comments that did not follow my thoughts. After a mild or sometimes heated discussion, without fail, Andy would , in a very calm voice, offer an opinion. More often than not I wanted my comments back. You have a very unique way of just making sense. Your compassion is very evident, but not overwhelming. you have demonstrated the ability to be tough when needed with out being abrasive.
